I have lived here for three years and have loved it. The Lexington has the best location to both campus and down town. I loved having a washer and dryer in the unit and a bathroom for every bedroom was also great. The staff was super nice also! I especially love Arren and the fact that she learned my name very quickly, which is impressive considering how many people live here. Fall 2011 will be my third year living in the Lexington Apartments. I have enjoyed my time at this complex because of the professional staff and the beautiful apartments. This is by far the best place to live in Davis because it is so close to campus and downtown! The Lexington was the best place to live in Davis!  I originally lived here through student housing as a transfer student, but decided to continue on for my second and last year.  The staff not only help you quickly, fix problems, maintain the grounds and apartments, but they care about their residents as well!  The rooms are spacious; you get your own private bathroom, and a washer and dryer in every unit.  Sometimes the parking is a problem, but this is a college town… where isn’t parking a problem!?  The Lexington is comfortable, clean, near downtown, and campus.  I couldn’t have imagined living anywhere else!—Sarah (2009-2011)

The Lexington is a great apartment complex! The location is ideal, walking distance to campus, bars, and restaurants, and the grounds are very well maintained. The apartments are spacious, clean, and I love that each bedroom has an attached bathroom. Having laundry facilities in each apartment is another bonus! The clubhouse amenities are great… exercise room, pool, hot tub, free printing, free filtered water, and free food often. I moved into the Lexington in fall 2010 and have enjoyed it so much I will be living here again next year. The staff is very friendly and always makes my concerns a priority. When there were finals this winter quarter they set out breakfast and lunch for everyone- so sweet   I love the location, the atmosphere and my neighbors. Lexington has been a great place to live for two years. It’s close to campus, downtown, Safeway shopping center, olive market, and the freeway. Clubhouse is fully equipped with a nice study lounge, pool/spa, pool table, and gym. The clubhouse staff is very friendly and professional. Great place to live in college.—Alex (2009-2011)

After two years of living at the Lexington, I can honestly say, without hesitation, this is the best place to live near campus. The staff is so friendly and prompt. The locations is more than ideal(less than a 10 minute bike to campus and just across the street from downtown). Plus, who doesn’t love In-N-Out which is conveniently located on the corner. Even closer, is the Olive Market. I have had the most rewarding experience here and have heard nothing less from others. It’s been worth every cent! —Stephanie
